UI Overhaul & Stat Formulas Datamined
- New Stats Guide page with datamined stat formulas
- Extracted implant tier scaling (V1=17% to V6=100%)

- Complete game-style visual theme across all pages
- New teal/cyan accent color scheme matching Marathon UI
- Contracts, Maps, Factions pages updated to new theme
- Weapons page now shows comprehensive stats with visual bars
- Shell Builder displays all weapon stats (damage, DPS, accuracy, range, recoil, etc.)
- Sort items by stats when picking weapons/mods in Shell Builder
- Stat bars show base values (blue), mod bonuses (green), and penalties (red)
- Fixed percentage-based mod stats being calculated as flat values
- BUILD STATS now properly parses implant/core/shield effects
- Stat aggregation handles all data formats (effect strings, extracted, numeric)
- Item picker shows clean effect descriptions instead of raw internal data
